スポーツで社会を変える！〜 Sport for Social Change! 〜

Sport For Smile は、コーズを限定せず、「スポーツに手の届かない人々」にスポーツをする機会を提供することで、より豊かな人生を送るためのお手伝いをすること、またスポーツの知名度を活用し、「共感されにくいかもしれないが重要な社会問題」の啓発をすることを理念として活動しています。中でも、スポーツへのアクセスがよりしにくい人々への支援や共感を得ることがより難しい社会課題を扱うことを重視しています。また、SDGs（国連持続可能な開発目標）にも連動し、IOCやFIFAなど影響力のある世界のスポーツ団体が立ち上げた SandSI (Sports and Sustainability International) の日本からの唯一の創立メンバー団体として「スポーツとサステナビリティ 」の分野における世界の動向を日本に伝える活動にも注力しています。

Sport For Smile's mission is delivering sporting opportunities to people who have less access to sport, regardless of the causes. We aim for empowering them and help them find a new better way of their lives. We are also active in raising awareness of critical social issues that might not sympathetic enough using the power and visibility of sport. Especially we focus on helping people of the most need as well as addressing social issues that are most unsympathetic. Following the SDGs (UN Sustainable Development Goals) SFS serves as a hub in Japan to deliver global move in the space of Sport and Sustainability as the sole Japanese Founding Member organization of SandSI (Sport and Sustainability International) that are created by influential global sports organizations including IOC and FIFA.
